You may also be lucky enough to purchase items that has never been worn but are listed due to personal reason not limited to item simply just being too big or too small. Muma Deehas been successfully selling her items on Ebay since 2011 and has now coordinated the sales with this closet online store addition. Return & Refund Policy!!!


Because each item is checked before listing, returns and refunds are subjected to the reason for the return request. However, returns are accepted. If truly disappointed and contact is made, resulting in a return request granted, then please note that the return shipment will be the consumer responsibility. After the item is received in its original state/condition shipped, then - and only then a refund of the listed/offer price minus a 15% restocking fee will be granted, unless an exchange is conducted within the return request agreement. The original shipping expense paid by consumer, will not be granted. And once again, the return shipment will not be granted. Original policy still stands = 5 days for a return request and it s subjected to approval. Email bloodtearsentertainment@gmail.com with your requests or questions, and if return is granted, the mailing address for the return will be given.




International Shipping & Delivery!!!


A standard $25US delivery service is available for most of the countries.

International deliveries will be shipped with DHL or a local courier depending service needed by country guidelines.
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once it reaches the destination country. BTE is not liable for payment of these charges and they must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, BTE has no control over these charges and as they vary from country to country, we cannot advise you at checkout what these charges may be. We advise contacting your local customs office before placing an order for a customs estimate so you are not surprised by these charges when your parcel arrives. Note: BTE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to shipping as insurance is not provided. If you desire insurance on your packages, please contact BTE and arrangements for the additional insurance fee will be added. US Shipping & Delivery


A standard shipping of $10 will added to each order for shipping. Please allow 1-2 days for processing (depending on the time of day order is received). But orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours. Each order will be shipped immediately and tracking will be provided via email. BTE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to shipping as insurance is not provided. If you desire insurance on your packages, please contact BTE and arrangements for the additional insurance fee will be added. What Are Your Rental Options?


Contact BTE and submit your specific date, time, and products you have in mind for pick up, and we will develop an invoice - quote and location for pickup & drop-off. Delivery & Pickup is also available for an additional fee. Feel free to make request of anything not listed on the site as BTE as grounds to assist with all your party rental needs.




Need Someone To Design/Decorate?


Contact BTE and submit your specific date, time, and products you have in mind to utilize at your event. We will develop an invoice-quote and options for us to accomplish the look you desire within reason, and at a feasible rate for you.




Need A Personal Stylist?


Contact BTE and submit your specific date, time, and overall look you want to attain; or event you have to attend. We will develop an invoice-quote and options for us to accomplish the look you desire within reason, and at a feasible rate for you and your rendered budget whether low or high we can make it happen.




Do I Purchase Event Tickets On This Website?


YES! Previously, to purchase tickets, you would have been redirected to eventbrite to complete your purchase. However, we have successfully incorporated ticket payments and ticket printing here online on our website.




What Are The Host and Ambassador Service Policies?


HOST services includes:

  • Share flyer or new event details once per week - up to 2 months prior to the event.
  • Admin to event page - if payee request.
  • add few friend list options to payee event page - if requested.
  • Report to event in a unique outfit.
  • Report to event at least 3 hours prior to end time, or payee suggested time.
  • Socialize with patrons throughout event.
  • Check on all event production needs throughout event - if requested.
  • Remain accessible and up front as needed.​
PAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is required before start of promotion and event acknowledgment on FB and website. Balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to scheduled event. Two (2) event tickets & two (2) 750ml bottles at night of event. AMBASSADOR services includes:
  • Share flyer or new event details once per week - up to 14 times (daily or once per week).
  • No guarantee to report to event.
  • No guarantee to report to event in a unique outfit if choose to attend.
PAYMENT POLICY: A 50% deposit is required before start of promotion and FB acknowledgement. Balance of payment is due 7 days after initial deposit. If choose to attend the event, one (1) event tickets & one (1) 750ml bottle is required at night of event.




What Are Mighty Action Sound System Rental Options?


All Contacts Goes DIRECTLY to Mighty Action!!!! Submit your specific date, time, and product needs and we will develop an invoice - quote. If interested in LIGHTING ONLY, or any other arrangement needs (i.e. Black Lights etc), all are available; make contact with all your needs.




Is Event Design and/or Decorations or Event Design Rentals included in Mighty Action Sound System Rentals?


No. However, contact Mighty Action or Muma Dee and submit your specific date, time, and decor and products needed, along with system set up needs, and basically anything you have in mind to utilize to complete your event needs, and we will develop an invoice-quote and options for us to accomplish the look you desire within reason, at a feasible rate.




Can I Book Gabriella (Muma Dee Daughter) as a host for a teen event/party?


Yes. Feel free to contact us with date, time, and event details, and arrangements will be made. We will develop an invoice-quote and options as a host or ambassador at a feasible rate or community service need.




Is It True that Muma Dee runs a Non Profit Organization?


Yes. Muma Dee runs a non-profit orgationization named Blood Tears Foundation through the state of Washington DC and Federally. The organization is currently under Good Standings, and comprised with a few entities not limited to substance abuse and homelessness. Muma Dee has ran this organization for over 8 years.
